FAQ

Single Sign-on & Provisioning (Azure)

Publishing users generates errors

The Talent Management System (TMS) requires certain data fields to be filled in to create a user. Please verify that at least the following fields are filled out for the user being published:

  • Email
  • User principal name (email)
  • First name
  • Last name

Make sure these properties are filled in before publishing to our system. Missing any of these properties will result in errors.

Users aren't published to the TMS

Azure supports multiple ways to provision data to external systems. We recommend using automatic provisioning to avoid manual overhead. For more information, please see What is app provisioning in Microsoft Entra ID.

How does provisioning work? (Azure)

This depends on the provisioning framework you're using. In the case of Azure with automatic provisioning, data is sent in batches every 40 minutes. If you wish to publish a specific user prior to the provisioning interval, you can use Provisioning on Demand. More information can be found here.

API Call

Are there any rate limits when calling the API? Can I increase the limits for my account?

The rate limit for each account is adjusted dynamically according to our real-time traffic and each account's short-term historical usage.

We currently do not support increasing the dynamic rate limit for individual accounts. Thank you for your understanding.

How can I create a new API user?

Managing API users isn’t currently available. TMA will provide credentials for you to access the API. If you encounter issues, please contact [email protected].

Is your question not answered in the FAQ, or are you missing something?

Please contact [email protected]. Make sure to include a detailed description of the issue you're encountering so we can assist you effectively and avoid unnecessary delays.
